Title showing 'category: *title name*' How do I remove 'category'?
-
Hey, I’ve been trying to add pages to my site. I’ve been using category to make new pages, but no matter what the title, it has a prefix of category in it.
So if I name a category – smokables, it will come up as ‘category: smokables’. How do I remove the category from it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You need to learn the difference between pages and categories.
Category will always prefix a post.
categories are for listing posts
You make pages in the pages section.
delete everything you have done and start again, make one post and see what happens to it, play around in the dashboard you can always delete things -

Category PagesThe title of Category pages, Category: category_name, is created by the WordPress and theme software as a single string of text so we cannot hide just part of that string of text with CSS.
