Title showing up twice in Nishita

  Up until publishing my site, the title showed just above the graphic, as intended. The minute it’s published, there are two titles: the expected title above the graphic, and then a second version of it in smaller font about an inch above it. This is in the Nishita theme

  Looks very strange. Any tips on how to get rid of the “echo” or duplicate title? I don’t see anything on the edit page or desktop that implies there are two title fields.

  I don’t see the effect you describe at https://stevierayvaughantribute.wordpress.com/. At the top of the homepage is a single site title displayed. I don’t see a graphic on the homepage either.

  Yes, that’s the other problem–the graphic displays in preview but not when published. I started another thread for that issue.

  At least the double title doesn’t show, that’s one good thing. Thanks for letting me know.
