Title Size Change & Removing Comments

    If I change the size of the site title, it automatically changes the size of the title of the page – is there any way to edit these separately?

    Also, I don’t want people to be able to comment on any of the pages, is there a way to remove these? I am paying for the pro WordPress so do have editing abilities.

    I am a novice to this so detailed step-by-step instructions and recognisable jargon would be most appreciated!

    a) Paste this into the CSS editor and change the number: 

    #site-title a {
    font-size: 23px !important;
}

    Note: in the future make sure you post CSS editing questions in the CSS forum, not the Support forum.
