Title Tags

  I assume I can add title tags to my blog site but want to make sure I do it in the right location and in the correct way. Can someone advise me how to do this the best way and then supply me with and example of a tag you would use for my site? Thanks.

  This is a multi-user blogging platform. Our blogs share a common architecture. We bloggers cannot access metadata.
