titles (not photos) showing in Flickr widget

I seem to have the Flickr widget set up correctly, because I can see the NAME of my photos in the widget box, but I can’t see the photos themselves. (They’re definitely my photos; I recognize the names.)
Anyone know why and how to fix it?
Oh, and the photos are not private. They’re public.
Help?

Both of you – please provide links to your wordpress.COM blogs and consider linking your user name to your blog as explained in the sticky, 8 Things, at the top of the forum. We can’t help unless we can see that the problem is and determine if you are in the right forum.

Mine is not public right now, and I can’t make it public.
I think I described the problem pretty clearly, no? And this is an issue with a Widget, so I imagine the Widget forum is the right spot.
But … like I said, I can’t make it public, at least right now. Maybe in a couple weeks. Even so, any help would be very much appreciated!

Sorry – we volunteers in the forum have no way of knowing whether you are in the right forum without a blog link. So there’s nothing I can suggest to help.

I’m not trying to be contrary at all, but I’m truly curious as to how I could be in the wrong forum? This forum is dedicated to Widgets, right? My problem is with the Flickr Widget, and I’ve described it exactly.
Again, not trying to be difficult, I’m just a bit baffled and would like to hear why you must see the blog to help.
Anyway, I’ll also look into accelerating make the blog public so I can post the link here, because I would like to get this fixed.

@bencalendar: You’ve got a misunderstanding. Right or wrong is not a bureaucratic quibbling over the proper section of this forum, it refers to whether you’ve got a wordpress.COM blog. We get an awful lot of questions from people who mistakenly come here while they have a wordpress.ORG blog: they have different software, our answers won’t apply to them, they should head over to the wp.org forum. So Vivian, one of the most experienced members of this forum, refuses to answer unless she makes sure we’re talking about a wp.com blog.
Besides that, often a problem can’t be solved if we can’t visit the blog itself to see what’s going on.

Oh, gotcha. I didn’t even know there was a wordpress.ORG. I definitely have a wordpress.COM.
But … I’ll try to make my blog public soon and get an answer. Or perhaps mallorytaov will do so and her answer will apply to me!
