titles over running columns

I am using a the new Cols theme and my issue is best described by providing a link http://thistimethisspace.com/2014/02/03/individuality-and-compassionate-connection/
The post tile is overrunning the second column and the tile is appearing superimposed over the text.
Will Theme Staff please take a look at this and fix it?

I have two other question as I explore my blog in this new theme.
Why are some of my tags highlighted in yellow but not the others? How are the highlighted one selected ie. what is the criteria for highlighting?
Why is the page loading time so slow when using this theme as compared to the page loading time when the same blog is wearing Expound and what can be don’t to improve it?
I hasten to add that I even removed my Top Posts and Pages widget which was displaying images to improve it but I’m not setting a pingdom speed test score that makes me smile yet.

I think all tags are meant to be highlighted in yellow, like this:

I’m not sure why the site is loading slowly on your end. I just loaded the homepage in an incognito window in Chrome – to eliminate any caching that may have caused it to load quicker for me – and it completed loading in 2 seconds.
How long is it taking to load for you?

re: tags and highlighting
I see that all tags appear to be highlighted now. I tend to use categories and very few tags. Thanks for prompting me on this.re: slow page loading time

Thanks for your help and well wishes too. Hubby and I intend to spend this All Hallow’s Eve at home celebrating his birthday and his acclamation to office. I also intend to spend the weekend working on cleaning up my personal blog rather than answering upport forum questions – Ha! That will be hard for a support addict like me to do but here goes (biting the bullet). :)

Well, here I go again with another niggling detail, Kathryn. There is no “Edit” link on approved comments on the comments when displayed on the posts, and having to get at them via the dashboard is a pain.

Okay, once again this morning I made the error of looking at how many pages of unanswered support threads there were and I fell down that freaking rabbit hole again.
No more! Things have got to change and I must be the one who kicks this ADDICTION and transitions smoothly into my retirement, so I have the time to blog.
Tomorrow I will not even look at the support forums. Next week I will come only twice and I will answer questions for no more than 4 hours. So get ready for a HUGE backlog because without a savvy triage nurse like Hotlips (my hubby’s nickname for me) in this support MASH unit there will be chaos and complaints.
