  • Hi there,

I see that you have several sites under your account. Can you provide the URL of the site that you are having issues with? I’d be happy to take a look and see if I can assist you.

    Thanks!

    HI
the website with my chat feature is
    clinicaldistinction.wordpress.com

I actually figured out how to fix it for myself but when I checked with a user they had to modify theirs individually for it to work – go to the chat menu icon hold down, then select their avatar, then select the radio button with the black background white text image (a black circle with lighter dot in the middle) – is there a way to make this happen automatically for users so I don’t have to teach everyone how?

  • Hi there,

I visited the widget and the default background was blue from my end and I can see the white text box just fine. is that what you or the user see on your end? From what I see, the individual user has authority over changing their personal settings while working in the widget. Again, I had no problem with the widget and am wondering if other users will have problems while opening their chat.

Here is our support document on the TLK.io chat:

If the user is open to creating a screenshot of what they said, it might help me understand what they are able (or unable) to see. Also, if they could provide what browser they are using as well. Thanks!
