TMI EXCESS
-
I am very annoyed, agitated, upset and just t-i-r-e-d of trying to find answers.
1-I want to close my account and 2-I want a $13 refund. Your site gives you an overwhelming amount of info that does not help. Going to the store doesn’t click easy. I pray that the lonnng time spent closed my account and I won’t be billed again.
Know this I will tell friends that WP is a headache to use and made strickly for computer to computer use—no humans allowed. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’ll tag this thread for Staff help. They will remove the domain mapping for you.
While waiting note this please:
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received. To disable autorenew, provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades go to > Store > My Upgrades and click the “disable auto-renew” link.
Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when Staff respond and please be patient while waiting.

Hi there,
That’s not a problem! I went ahead and cancelled your domain mapping for you and have issued you a refund for your $13 which, depending on your bank, should appear back in your account in the next few days to few weeks.
In regards to cancelling your blog, we prefer that users do that themselves just so that they are clicking the button. You can find some instructions on how to do so right here:
Please remember that once you do so your site can not be retrieved and your site name cannot be used by anyone again (including you). As long as you’re OK with that you can proceed whenever you’d like!
