  What’s an example of a site with the issue? The picture appearing may be dependent on the other service’s site, which isn’t requesting the picture. With a little more information, I’m happy to research further!

  My gravatar picture did not appear, when I commented on the blog from blogspot (Sjarmerende gjenbruk) or another Norwegian blog,
  All the other have pictures following comments on these blogs.

  Hi,

  Blogger/Blogspot does not support automatically using Gravatar images—this is something that they haven’t added to their site.

  To have an image appear next to a comment on a Blogger site, you’d need to have a Blogger account, unfortunately.
