To change default picture of the theme

I am using ‘we build’ theme, and want to change the default picture of that theme. Is there any way?
In home page I don’t want the author name to be displayed on the post. I used hide date and author but in home page it is displayed. what to do?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I had a look at this WordPress.com site https://chennaiconsultancies.wordpress.com/, but it turns out that it’s using Dara theme.
Can you share the site address you are referring to? I will have a look and suggest further.
