to change from something.wordpress.com to somthing.com or .net

  If am bigginer in the use of this weblog hosting. so my question is some of the weblog which is powered by wordpress doesnt have estension wordpress.com and only .net or .com,
  how can i make like this?

  Wordpress.com and wordpress.org are very different. Unfortunately you have come to the wrong forum for assistance. For the help you need you must go here http://wordpress.org/support
