Instead of my private address (email visible only to moderators and staff) I would like to change it to (email visible only to moderators and staff) . this because it is the address which appear in the contact form of my site sailor connection.WordPress.com and I do not want to receive email from customers at my private address. I tried several times but never worked. Every time I got an email announcing this change, but never the change had been done. What I need to do ? Can you do for me ?

Readers will input their own information into the contact forum. It’s a feature of WordPress.com to automatically fill out the forum for you if you are signed into a WordPress.com account (that’s why it’s showing your email address). If you open your blog in incognito mode in your browser, you will see that the forum will be blank and ready to be filled out (how someone not logged in will see your forum).
If I were you, I’d change the way that you have your forum set up and go back to the default. Here’s a video on the contact forum:
