  Where I can find the option that allows the visitors of my blog to comment in anonymous way.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  To turn on anonymous comments, go to My Sites, select your blog, then go to your Settings
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/

  From there select the Discussion page then go to Comments section.
  Turn off, Comment author must fill out name and e-mail, setting and that should allow for anonymous comments.
