  The domain timesasia.com appears to be held by someone offering it up for sale. Unless you purchase it from him, you will not be able to use it as the domain for your WordPress.com site.

  Hi rajulama38,

  It looks like timesasia.com was originally registered through Amazon Web Services rather than WordPress.com. We don’t have any control over domains that aren’t registered with here so as staff-ozmodiar mentioned, you will need to contact the current down owner.

  My credit card didn’t work so I can’t do it.

  The error message I’m seeing suggests the payment was blocked by your bank card provider so I recommend contacting them for more information before trying again — they should be able to tell you why.
