  Hi there,

  Depending if you want to transfer to WordPress.com or from WordPress.com, the process is different.

  I invite you to check these pages:

  To transfer from WordPress.com to another host :
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

  To transfer from another host to WordPress.com:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/

  In both case, following the support documents will get you the authentification code.

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any custom domains on WordPress.com, which suggests you wish to transfer an existing domain here. Is that correct? If so, these instructions @floflo56 linked to will be the ones you need to follow:

  Your current domain provider will be able to provide the authorisation code needed to start the transfer process.
