I have this great video that was sent to me and I would seriously like to post it. Can anyone tell me how to do that? How to get it copied from “bookmarks” and insert into my post?
I have read thru forum searching links and images etc, but confuses me. Don’t understand HTML

boblets member: It was on a website, actually it is a newsletter from a doctor in Mexico whom I adore. This was a subject under discussion and referenced a video made by Dr Mercola (@Mercola.co) and it seems to be from some show called “know The Cause” which I have never heard of. So I got it in an email from Dr Clark’s foundation who in turn is referencing Dr. Mercola so I don’t really know if my answer to you is correct or helpful.
