I would like to know if I can import a photo album (like http://www.picsengine.com/) on worldpress…Thanks for your help

There is no way to import that gallery into wordpress I am afraid without manually uploading the photos to your wordpress blog or linking them in posts. If picsengine allows you to ‘hotlink’ images off their site, you could just put the ones you want in your posts such as:
<a href="http://www.picsengine.com/"><img src="http://www.picsengine.com/html/src/screenshot1.jpg" /></a>Obviously that is linking their homepage and having the img URL being a photo off their site. That is hotlinking, referencing an image on another site. Some sites allow it and others do not.

You can’t change the address of your blog. Your best option is to create a new blog at WordPress.com and export and import. -
