To "LIKE" requires sign in and password

  Why do visitors who want to “Like” a post have to sign in and have a password? How can I change this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Gail,

  Please note that only WordPress.com users can like posts – it was designed this way. If your readers are not WordPress.com users, they can like/share via the social media buttons you added like Facebook or Twitter.
