Your blog is not set to Private, nor are any of the posts password-protected. If you don’t want people reading it, you should change that under Settings-> Privacy.

If you just want to show them one post, you just give them the direct link to that. Like:

    Nya Regelboken?

If you want to allow a person to write new posts but not edit anything, you invite them as an author or contributor according to this:

    User Roles

Yeah thanks, but i was more into letting people reading them all but some of them should also be able to edit one page each, namely the persons profile page.

Help is helpful so to say.

Should’nt i be able to get a real response on this one?

    Thanks in advance.

If you have a page that you want to restrict access to only people you give a password to, then you need to password protect that page when you publish it. This support document explains password protecting pages: http://support.wordpress.com/pages/page-visibility/

To add people to your blog (to write posts) then they will have to have a wordpress.COM account (they do not have to have a blog, just an account/username). Then you can add them as a “contributor” to your blog. From the user-roles link raincoaster gave you:

    Contributor

A contributor can edit their posts but cannot publish. Once a contributor’s post is approved by an administrator and published, however, it may no longer be edited by the contributor.

To add users, this support document explains: http://support.wordpress.com/adding-users/

All of the links give were found by searching the support documents. Only the following two search terms were used:

    “user”
    “password”

The “adding-user” support document was in the blue section on the right under “related.”
