  Trying to pay the yearly fee (expiration expected on Feb, 20th or similar…)

  Hi there,
  What is the link to your blog? Are you trying to pay for the premium plan or a custom domain or domain mapping? Could you give us more details please to better help you?
  In either case, you can see all your upcoming bills, by hovering over your Gravatar picture on the top right and clicking Billing History. You’ll see a section that says “upcoming charges”. Click Manage purchase and you’ll get an option that says “Renew now” that will redirect you to complete the payment.

  The problem persists: We are unable to find the way to pay the 99€ fee to keep the redirection service from our URL elgatcorneli.cat
  to our web page at wordpress.com

  Thank you for you hint! Finally I have paid the renewal, using another account name. I was not aware that we had more that one…!
  The correct one is
  vpprecisionsa

  I wonder if could erase the wrong account name (gatcorneli), without losing anything, to have a unique access method, to avoid repetition of the problem.
