    but there is a CC on my acct (i’ve added it about 10x’s) & i cannot get the shipping label to process.

    Howdy –

    Looking at that site I can see it’s hosted on Cloudflare. It’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

    For help, I would contact them first. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ Or you can contact the extension or plugin that you’re using for the shipping labels.
