To read worpress notification etc in Indian Hindi laguage.

  So all the notifications etc. should be Indian Hindi language.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Are you able to confirm the URL of the website that you need assistance with please?

  Language settings for a site can be changed via Dashboard > Settings > General.
