To "ReBlog" or To "Press This"

    I am helping someone set up a blog and to help I asked her to write a guest post on my blog, which has a lot of followers and now wish to reblog it onto her blog.

    I am not sure whether to do this by using the Reblog button or the WP Press This button or alternatively whether to just copy and paste it as an original post into her new blog.

    What is the difference between Reblog and Press This and which one would be better suited to this intention?
