To recover a blog

I know that if I delete a blog wordpress I haven’t posibiliti to recover. But I red in forums that I could ask for to recover.
The blog that I want to recover is iberiaberde.wordpress.com. I have a .zip with the blog and it’s too important for me to recover it.
Can I have any posibility?

As much as I would love for you to have your WordPress.com site back, please note that when a certain WordPress.com site is deleted, you cannot use it again and there is no way that the WordPress.com team can help in recovery either.

But, is there posibility to recover in another domain? I have Iberia “berde” in .xml

If you had exported iberiaberde.wordpress.com’s content previously as a .xml file, you can import that to a new WordPress.com site.
Create a new WordPress.com site with a name of your choice here https://wordpress.com/start and visit https://wordpress.com/settings/general. Choose the “Import” option here and import the .xml file that you had exported previously.
Note that all textual content will be imported and files like images and other media content will not be imported. This is because the .xml file only holds references of those media files and not the actual media files.
The first site (the deleted site) should have been active for all the media files to have moved too from that site to the new site you wanted to move to.
Unfortunately, that’s not the case now and only the textual content can be imported using the .xml file you have now.
