to reduce the post so it shows just a heading and a few lines

  Hi,
  I thought there was a way (but I can’t find it) on the twenty-11 theme to reduce the post/blogs–so that when people scroll down they see just the heading and a few lines. If so, how do I do this? Thank you.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You will have to do it manually by inserting the read more tag into your posts.
