to retrieve back the blog url

Hi wordpress team, i am currently running my own branding and online business using social media platform. i registered all my unique brand name @loongzlim at all social platform including wordpress. However, i accidentally unintentionally deleted the wordpress blog few months ago. I thought i can reregister the blog with same url. However, it fails. Now, i direct all my customer and network to view my blog, thus i need this url for my wordpress blog. Can wordpress team let me to retrieve back the url (loongzlim.wordpress.com) as it is very important for my online business and branding? I would appreciate for your help. Similar as instagram and facebook, they allow me to retrieve the url after verify my identity and understand my situation. i hope that wordpress team can help on this matter too. please, thanks.

Once you click delete your site, it will be permanently deleted. I don’t think you will be able to get that URL back.

so sad then. i remember i didnt tick for the box that stated never use the url again. so i expect them let me to re-register again. actually wordpress team can go database and make this url available for me right? similiar as what instagram do. i do notice that wordpress stated they will reopen the url after two years. but well, two years leh…

Sites already deleted by their authors two or more years ago may become available again, if they present no username or other technical conflicts. Do you see a deleted site https://deletedexample1234.wordpress.com/ with an address you would like to have? You can try registering a new site with that address here. http://wordpress.com/startIf it is available, it will be yours.
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made except for the one stated here.
You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.

meaning the only things i can do now is wait for 2 years ? then during these 2 years, i might no longer can use WordPress to online branding my unique name? so sad then. i can only keep trying to re-register see the preferred domain is available or not…

Yes. The top level domain here is wordpress.com. All sites hosted here are on .wordpress.com sub domains. Once deleted the URL will not be available for registration again for 2 years and that’s only if there are no username or technical conflicts.
