TO STAFF – Why don`t you have an emailadress?

    It would be much easier for the customer to send you an email with our problems witg the wordpress then to hope that someone would help you in the Forum:

    I deleted my blog beathesbokhjerte.no a couple of days ago but i forgot to dissmiss my upgrades so the site is still there… The premium upgrade is still running to february so i hope the site is gone before that. What can i do to make the site go away as soon as possible?
    I hope someone could help me, thanks

    Sorry for that, and thank you. It just seems that somebody got help right away and someoe doesnt, but not from the staff thought. I never written anything here before so im not sure how this goes.
    But i think it would have been easier to just send an email to the staff and not just ask them for help here.
