  You cannot add feedburner to your posts. You can post the feedburner link for subscribing in a text widget http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/

  “add feedburner?” Do you mean you wish to draw in feeds and put them in your posts here? That cannot be done; WP.com has consciously prevented roboposted material in blog posts. You can put feeds in a feed widget in your sidebar.

  Or do you mean you’d like to run your WP.com feed, http://francineschssll.wordpress.com/feed, through Feedburner?
