  I am unable to log into my account so I can update this website:

  It was set up so long ago that I can’t remember the password. The email I used when I set it up no longer exists. I am unable to get transaction number from Paypal because Paypal doesn’t go back far enough. The computer used to set up this website no longer exists, so I can’t use the saved passwords.

  I am still using the phone number and email account listed on the website. You can call me to verify that this website belongs to me. But when I put in the user name magickj the system says there’s no user by that name. I try to use jocelynb with my email address but i do not get a password reset sent to me.

  Can you please try logging in with the username magickj?

  If you’re still unable to log in, the only way to recover access to that account is by resetting the password via email. That’s the only way as that account never purchased anything.

  Please understand that we have a strict policy in place to protect our users from third parties who might try to use our support system to gain access to other users’ accounts.
