To unmerge sites

  Is there any way I can unmerge my two sites and make them seperarate. I was hoping to register my new blog under a new email.

  Yes. You log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, and then without logging in, you register another username account under a different email address. You then add the new username account as an Admin https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/ and lastly you can transfer blog(s) to the new account. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
