Today's Custom Design Upgrade

  my site is now self hosted and I think the wordpress.com one is pointing to the new site so I don’t need the Custom Design upgrade previously purchased? There is no way to cancel it or deactivate it. Can you reverse this charge?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Ok what happens if the person who purchased the product is no longer working with us? I am trying to change the admin to myself.

  That person must add another username account as an Admin and transfer the blog to that usernname account by use of this process.
