Toggele/Spoiler not working

  I have an issue where I have a toggle shortcode on another site and it does not seem to be working. All of the other short codes work but the toggle/spoiler function. Doesn’t seem to matter what pluggin I use the same outcome happens with them all. Any help on this would be great!
