Too far downgraded; how do I get back my Personal account?

    Recently I’ve upgraded my Personal account to a Premium account, but I have undone this. My money is refundable, but instead of having my ‘old’ Personal account again, I’ve been reset to a free account. That was not the intention; after all, I did pay for my Personal account.
    How do I get back my Personal account?
