Too large a page on opening
-
I’ve spent the afternoon adjusting my site as I’d like it, having finally found how to customize using Menus and Widgets. Now I find that although I do not seem to have any more information on my page than others have, it does not all fit in and I have to scroll off the page to find the lists I have added. People logging on won’t know to do this. What should I do, or how do I re-adjust the size?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have you read the Staff response to you in your other thread at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/how-to-add-stuff-to-my-intro-page?replies=3#post-2452845 ?

Click the 3 bar icon on the top right hand corner please.

If you do not wish to use a theme that has this style of display you can always switch to using a conventional two column theme that will display the custom menu horizontally under the header, and sidebars on every page, without hiding them behind 3 bar icon links. https://wordpress.com/themes/

Thank you, timethief, for this. I belatedly realized that my theme choice was probably wrong. I had presumed that all themes would fit the computer page but obviously not. Now I will have to spend time sorting out another theme which is difficult because I like most of them and I waste so much time playing! I can't blame anyone but myself for that.
Thank you for following me. I have 'followed' you on Twitter. I love your background picture. Is that one of your own?
Best regards, and thanks again.

Hi Mari,
The gravatar image and background image I use are both free images. I got them so many years ago I cannot even remember where they came from. This is me and this is what the background actually looks like where I live.
