Too many ads! They have increased over time!
-
Hi:
I understand that ads are included in my free WordPress.com blog. But must there be so many?
I’m not talking about WordPress-related ads (about WordPress features). I’m talking about outside ads (at least five per post). These ads are typically large and gaudy, and they are often repeated. See https://yogaspy.com. Click on any of my posts for examples.
When I first started my blog, I would sometimes see one ad, acceptably discreet at the bottom of a post. Now they’re interspersed throughout–and really cheapen the quality of my blog.
If I switch to a paid plan, will these ads stop appearing? Or do paid plans eliminate only WordPress-related ads (about WordPress features)?
How do I get rid of these crazy ads?
Note: These ads always appear in Safari, since Apple stopped allowing third-party ad blockers, such as uBlock Origin. If I use Firefox with uBlock Origin, my free WordPress.com blog has no ads! But my goal is to present a clean, ad-free blog to my readers, many who use Safari.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I can’t reproduce your problem on two different computers with safari or any other browser. I advice you to check your browser for malware.
If you upgrade to a paid plan, all ads provided by wordpress.com will be removed. However in case your browser has been contaminated, the malware ads won’t be removed.
