too many emails to subscribers

  I have a couple of subscribers. They are getting lots of emails because I post so much. Is there a way to limit update emails to once a week? Do I have to tell them to unsubscribe to stop all the emails?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi. Subscribers can choose how often they receive your emails: Instantly, Daily, Weekly or Never:

  Reminder: your visitors must make the change themselves.

  sorry to ask – but I hope that somebodycan help me:

  1. I opened in March-2010 my blog http://xylit.wordpress.com/
  2. I remember that I could see,who has subscribed my blog
  3. No, after hours of searching in my blog-administration, in www -> I cannot find the list of my subscribers anymore!

  Who can help me?
