too many followers?

  I started my blog on Friday and my following button already says I have 237 followers – I would love for this to be true, but is this possible? how come I don’t see the followers?

  Do you have a Twitter and/or Facebook page connected to the blog so that you can publicize to them? It counts both Twitter followers and FB page Likes in the followers count.
