Too many "Likes" in a very short period. Is this spam?

    I was checking on the Dashboard for my blog Prince Street (http://princestreet.wordpress.com) and it seems like a few of my posts have been very popular and the activity looks suspicious. These few posts have received a number of “Likes”. Based on the user-data you have forwarded to me on these Likes all of the users are from Greece and all have Gravatar profiles. In the two years I have been running this blog neither activity has ever happened and, as much as I’d like to believe it’s popularity for the arcane stuff I blog about, it looks like a weird sort of spam. Is this something I should be worried about?
