Too many pages on wordpress homepage

    Hello,
    I am needing assistance with adjusting the Home Page to only show 1 page. I have already changed the number of recent posts in the ‘reading’ section to 4 for testing purposes. This shows only 4 recent posts now. However, it is now displaying 6 pages at the very bottom of the home page to display ALL of my ‘recent posts’.

    I have tried researching and clearing cache. Nothing is working. Help!
