too many pending subscriptions

  I tried to unsubscribe from a blog I no longer read, and I got a warning message:
  “You have several pending subscriptions and cannot subscribe to more blogs until you have activated or deleted them.” These are all for comments I left. Doing a spot check, they all appear to have been publsihed. Clicking on ‘confirm’ takes me to the comments tab. Go back to pending and nothing has changed.

  Someone (something?) tacked this line:

  ‘The blog I need help with is thehighpriceofpoorparenting.wordpress.com.’

  I don’t know where that came from. Me thinks you have a gremlin loose in the works.

  To unsubscribe from a site, you’ll want to go to https://wordpress.com/following/manage and click on the word “following”, you shouldn’t have any problems doing that.
  In case the issue persists, please let us know – adding a screenshot would be great. You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/), or follow the instructions described here:
