too many queries
-
my site keeps getting shut down for sending too many database queries per hour to my ipage host over the 75000 allowed, this happens seconds after each hourly reset.
I don’t even have time to get into the site before its shut down. it only started happening a few days ago which is over a week since i made any changes or updates. ipage says I need upgrade and double my more queries but I feel that there is a glitch somewhere that once fixed would cure the problem. What could be causing this it is a relatively small photography site with few visitors.http://www.emotiveimagesphotography.com
thanks

Hi there!
It appears that
http://www.emotiveimagesphotography.com/is not a WordPress.com hosted site but is a self-hosted installation of WordPress.I would highly recommend reaching out to your hosting company about that though. Do note there is a difference between the two as outlined here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Hope you get your database issue resolved though. :)

Hi Jcasta,
thanks for your reply, you are correct ipage is the host, they are no help whats-so-ever other than to tell me to upgrade so i can have more queries per hour, i believe something within the website is causing this problem, any thoughts?

Off the top of my head? I would think traffic.
Unfortunately, these forums are for blogs/sites hosted on WordPress.com and alternatively you can try the WordPress.org support forums to see if you can find a solution:
