  No, there is no phone support. This is a peer to peer forum and you will find all of us volunteers very helpful when you ask a specific question.

  Because you are only 2 days old as a blogger on wordpress.com I’d recommend that you work through this tutorial where many of your questions may well be answered without waiting for a forum answer:

  If you still insist on phone support, I can do phone support but I charge for it. You’re probably best to watch that video above that tess linked you to, and then search around the forums for a few things. Most questions you’ve got have already been answered here at least once, I guarantee.

  Just to start with. I changed my name from thesecretstylists to theundercoverstylist and the old blog still pops up all the time. Also everytime I get onto my new blog a window asking me if I agree to change my password to theundercoverstylist still keeps coming up. When I click agree it does nothing.
  Also when I tried to write a new blog yesterday morning I worte a nice one, clicked on the button to post it, and got the spinning wheel. It never posted it.

  I also have no idea how to get onto this with my phone. I have been going to wordpress.com site and then i find myself but it comes up as the old blog name.
