Too many subscriptions pending confirmation

    Guests can’t subscribe due to ‘pending subscriptions’

    I have heard from three different problem that they can’t subscribe to my blog and get the error message that they have too many subscriptions pending confirmation. We have tried to search in som, visit subscriptions through Word Press etc – it says she has no other subscriptions. 

    How does she clear these when they don’t exist!? I can see from many searches we are not alone in this problem.
