How do I empty my spam folder? Why does it time out?

    massive spam on my blog why?
    It goes very slow and when I find it hard to enter into my blog. Can you help me please?.

    As I can delete all the spam I have in SPAM Comments. Because now I have 33,478 and I can not delete them. What do I do? … Thank you very much.

    We’re running a script to empty your spam. It will take a while to run, so please give it some time and check your spam folder later today for a progress update.

    Queuing up a request to remove 33K+ spam is a heavy job and it was timing out. We’re working to improve this.

    In the future, please empty your spam folder regularly to avoid running into this issue.
