Too much spam

    I have to say that in 15 months, Akismet has never snagged a genuine comment I’ve also, in Settings – Discussion – Comment Blacklist input a bunch of keywords that filter out the trash, and also the abuse from the psychos that roam the blogosphere. To date – and this is probably tempting providence! – nothing I don’t want to see is getting through. If genuine comments are caught up in this, then that’s the writer’s fault – watch you language.

    wow. i usually have only one or two spams each day. just today, i got 201 and counting. is there a way to stop them?
