  I can’t find the tool bar. Where is it when I am writing an email (I am trying to follow your directions for making a link).

  There’s a WordPress toolbar? I never heard of that.

  My guess is that you’re having the issue with the missing toolbar in teh Rich text editor. Here’s the FAQ on the fix.
