  My site does not look like any I see in tutorials or manual. No ADMIN Bar etc. Have I screw up settings?

  You can access your dashboard here
  https://hchs1965dotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  Please login as admin. The same user name and password you used to create this account.

  Once you are in your dashboard you should see tools in the left side menu.
