Tool for links on free wordpress.com-sites

    Back in the days there was a widget you could use to post links on your free wordpress.com-site.

    But I think this widget is gone today. Or maybe is too old.

    Is there any tool available to use for posting links today?

    I want a tool with a control panel where I can easily get an overview of all the links on the site. And where I can also make changes to the links and add new ones.
