Toolbar
-
Hi
I’m trying to add my WordPress blog to my Moonfruit site. When it appears, the toolbar is visible on the page. How do I delete the toolbar so I can try to add the page again?
Most answers say go to ‘your profile’ and tick the ‘remove toolbar’ box, but my dashboard doesn’t show this. Nor does it have an ‘appearance’ section.
Many thanksThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can’t hide/delete the admin bar:
May I remove the Admin Bar, credit links such as ‘Blog at WordPress.com’, theme, font, or toolbar links?
All WordPress.com bloggers are required to maintain the Admin Bar (the dark bar that appears at the top of WordPress.com sites when logged in) as well as credit links in the footer, even our VIP bloggers. Please do not hide or alter text or links for the footer credits or the toolbar. Modifying the style of the footer text (i.e. colors and font size) is fine as long as it’s still readable. Using CSS, you can also add content like a copyright notice to the existing footer. If you would like to do that, you can ask in the CSS Customization forum and Staff or our community volunteers would be happy to help you do that.https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/#frequently-asked-questions

That’s a shame. It looks like it was a feature they have removed as all searches indicate that this could be done previously. I will just have to grin and bear it as it just looks unprofessional.
Many thanks for helping though :-) -

Sorry to get back to you. I put my blog page onto my website, complete with Admin bar…but the admin bar is accessible by anyone! Surely this can’t be right? Any ideas to prevent access from the public?

I’ve just got a third party to check it out…and they don’t see the toolbar/admin bar! Result!
Thank you for your perseverance :-)
