  Wordpress toolbar disappears on website pages

  hi spc!

  Here’s what I would go ahead to try and trouble shoot before calling support :)

  Check User Settings:

  • Go to Users > Profile in your WordPress dashboard.
  • Make sure the box labeled “Show Toolbar when viewing site” is checked.

  Clear your browser cache or try viewing the site in an incognito window.If you use a caching plugin (like WP Super Cache / W3 Total Cache), clear your sites’s cache.

  Deactivate your plugins one by one and refresh the page each time to identify if any are causing the toolbar to disappear.Reactivate the plugins once you’ve found the culprit, or replace it if necessary.

  Also, sometimes themes hide the plugins by default. To resolve this, switch to a default theme and see if the problem persists. If it does, then the theme may need code adjustments!
